  •   reserves the right to return any product subject to valid reason from the customer.
  • Delivered Product is damaged(physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
  • Delivered Product parts & accessories missing.
  • Delivered Product is incorrect(presentation different on the website) / incomplete (missing parts)
  • Delivered Product “exchange” issue (Need upgraded/degrade model, size of a fashion product does not fit) – eligible for selected products only. But product return cost will bear by Customer.
  • Others reason for Return: Any other reason   . will reserve the right to return the product.



  • If there is any physical damage that are made intentionally or accidentally,
  • Any consumable/ unauthorized item which has been used or installed,
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers,
  • Any defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty,
  • Any product that is returned originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in the second layer of packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
  • Any Changes, Damage will not be accepted to return the product.
  • If the product will return due to our faults,   will bear the return cost. But if a product exchange issue happened, the customer will pay the return cost.
  • For Damage & Incorrect issue return the product in presence of Delivery Man.
  • For Exchange issues, if customers feel to come to our warehouse along with the product or our delivery man will return the product. Both options will be available. 

Replacement/exchange of the product is subject to availability of the same on If not found, customers may be asked for a refund or any other modality agreed by both parties. Shipping charges or the courier expense made for the product return are non-refundable.
